New Hampshire Vacation Rental Come and enjoy our beautiful new home we just finished last July 2007. The home sits on a one acre lot so lots of privacy and room for the kids to run around. Enjoy the screened in porch with room for at least 8 and the wrap around deck in the front with bench seating for 8. The big stone patio out front is surrounded by a brick wall with lots of deck space if you want to entertain. The almost 3 car garage is big enough to hold all of your vacation items. It comes with a 2 man kayak available for daily use. The BEDS-The master bedroom has a top of the line Sealy King and the guest room has a top of the line Sealy Queen. The other 2 bedrooms have a pair of twins in one and a bunk bed in the other. There is a day bed outside the Master bedroom next to the computer desk. Plenty of parking for 5 cars in the private driveway. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full Thanksgiving meal if you so wish. Hardwood floors downstairs and the upstairs is wall to wall carpet. Three full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Don't forget about the private outdoor shower out back when you come home from the beach. We have whale watching and deep sea fishing in Rye Harbor just a ½ mile down the road. There also are lobster fishing tours and private boat cruises. The picturesque Rye/Jenness beach is just a 5 minute walk from the house. We are Ocean Side so no need to cross any busy streets to get to the beach. Watch the tides go out almost 100 yards every day to reveal the best walking/running beach in the USA. We believe it's the most beautiful beach in the world. Just a 5 mile drive and you are in the historic city of Portsmouth, NH. Great restaurants, museums and night life. Hampton Beach is just 6 miles down the road to the south.
